The Dr. Marvene Lobato Child Care Center: A Cornerstone of Early Childhood Education
The Dr. Marvene Lobato Child Care Center stands as a multi-generational facility dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of children and families within the Fowler School District. The center offers comprehensive programs, including Head Start and Developmental Preschool, designed to foster growth and learning from an early age.
The center boasts beautiful, inspiring, and innovative environments intentionally crafted to enhance the learning experience. These thoughtfully designed spaces create a welcoming atmosphere where children feel encouraged to explore, discover, and thrive.

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the nationwide Head Start Program. The Fowler School District community is proud to celebrate the numerous services and invaluable contributions that Head Start has provided since its introduction to the district in 2005.
Programs like Head Start have opened doors for countless children, offering early childhood experiences that prepare them for a successful transition to elementary school and future academic achievements.
